We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Director, M&A and Carveouts to join the team in ourTransactional Advisory Services practice.

YOUR TEAM.

This position will support our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services group. This team conducts due diligence and supports clients across a wide range of industries. As a member of this team, you'll not only have the opportunity to interact with clients but also to interact with team members across all levels within the practice.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Oversee and drive large-scale client engagements, focusing on strategic planning, operational optimization, back-office consolidation, supply chain improvements, IT and reporting integration, as well as customer and channel management.
  • Depending on the deal size, Directors may lead the entire IMO or a focus area within the Integration Management Office (IMO) - Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, Executive Reporting, Integration Roadmap, Communications, Organizational Design
  • Evaluate performance improvement opportunities throughout the enterprise and manage the implementation of strategic recommendations to enhance operational excellence.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional consulting services and overseeing the quality of deliverables.
  • Spearhead business development activities, including developing and presenting proposals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to practice development by innovating solutions and methodologies, and actively participate in thought leadership and public speaking engagements.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 15 years of professional consulting experience, with a focus on merger integration, business transformation, change management, and specifically, separations and carveouts.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing major business transformations, including direct experience with separations and carveouts.
  • Deep functional expertise across various areas including Finance & Accounting operations, HR/Organizational design, Supply Chain and Operations, and Marketing Optimization.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing revenue growth and profitability improvement initiatives.
  • Extensive program management and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel at least 60% to 80% of the time.
