Logistics Analyst Responsibilities include:

- Analyze and forecast transportation trends to optimize delivery costs.

- Collaborate with various departments to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.

- Develop and monitor key metrics for continuous improvement in transportation processes.

- Create daily shipment tracking reports to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Handle freight claims and track reimbursements for lost or damaged products.

- Review and approve carrier invoices, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.

- Reconcile transportation data, including shipping instructions and cost allocations.

- Manage import duties, tariffs, and transportation expenses to maintain budget alignment.

- Expedite backorders and analyze service levels to improve customer satisfaction.

- Provide regular updates to the Supply Chain Manager on shipping and receiving activities.

Logistics Analyst Qualifications:

- Proven experience in transportation analysis or a related field

- Cost control and expense management abilities

- Proficient negotiation capabilities

- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, transportation, or business administration

- Required: 2-3 years of experience with Transportation Management Systems

- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
