AvRated Insurance Defense firm is seeking a junior litigation Associate to join their team in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of litigation experience. Experience with construction defect or insurance defense is a plus. Will be responsibile for a managing complex cases, discovery, and taking depositions, etc. Excellent writing skills are required and admission to the Florida Bar.
