Lifecycle Marketing Consultant

Our client is looking to hire a Lifecycle Marketing Consultant on a long-term contract basis.

The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing omni-channel (email, SMS, phone, direct mail) patient and/or customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns. This individual is highly comfortable leveraging insights and data/ analytics to drive strategy, messaging and optimizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, ideally leveraging Marketo. The role will require someone to think strategically and creatively while implementing tactically. This individual thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Most importantly, this role requires someone with a customer-centric mindset and will work to deeply understand our target audiences, their motivations and challenges and is comfortable presenting to a C-suite team. This is a highly visible role and project.

Day to Day:

• Lead campaign strategy, creation and execution for intervention and pilot programs/campaigns, partnering closing with our Consulting Agency, Ops and Analytics teams.
• Ensure that messaging and approach aligns with brand positioning and guidelines.
• Serve as Marketing lead for our Consulting agency, attending meetings and representing with the patient experience helping to align and connect dot to other related initiatives. Provide ongoing feedback and insights
• Build testing roadmap and timelines, including managing audience segments and controlled testing environments.
• In partnerships with Marketing Ops, ensure campaign setups allow for accurate and clear measurement.
• Deeply understand intervention and pilot learnings to effectively influence the broader go live approach
• Lead efforts to operationalize learnings and expand to broader audiences while balancing ongoing testing/intervention efforts.
• Present to C-suite group in partnership with working group team.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Marketing and/or Retention Marketing ideally in the Healthcare or Digital Health space
• Experience leading omni-channel campaign efforts
• Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics or AI highly preferred.
• High level of experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo
• Critical thinking and comfortable with asking the tough questions
• Ability to communicate with many different types of stakeholder groups, good news and bad
• Experience and comfort working with a team on partially defined problems and helping partners and team members determine the direction and approach a project will take
• Ability to align the right messaging with the right segment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong writing skills.
• Strong reporting & analytics experience required.
