Job Description:

  • Must be able to review, interpret and process lessee sales to completion, including executing client specific sale instructions, typing a sale, processing all state forms and documents relating to the sale, and mailing it within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
  • Provide guidance on phone calls from Fleet Managers and buyers concerning questions regarding their sale documents, sale status, pended sales and state taxes. Also handle calls from various lending institutions regarding sale procedures and documents; including faxing necessary lien releases, letter of guaranties and copies of titles.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of each state's specific sale requirements, including taxes, in order to complete the sale and answer the buyer's specific questions.
  • Accurately execute sale paperwork 100% of the time to ensure department quality standards are met.
  • Research lessee sale problems that arise concerning processed sales to ensure we provide the buyers with the required information and documents to transfer ownership into their name.
  • Deliver high quality customer service over the phone. Handle difficult and demanding phone situations with tact.
  • Produce manual rush sale requests upon request.
  • Handle pended sales by using timely, appropriate follow-up measures to ensure completion of the sale. This includes notifying buyers and AEs, when appropriate, of pended sales in order to resolve the problem. Maintain all follow-up documents and emails as backup for the sold car file.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good prioritization skills and ability to adjust to peaks and valleys in workflow.
  • Ability to take an active role in helping team/department solve problems as well as on their own.
  • Keyboarding skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Minimum high school or equivalent and previous office and customer service experience.
