Located in Fremont, CA. The Lead Manufacturing Technician position will work closely with Manufacturing leaders and interact with multiple departments to support production and ensure achievement of company goals following the 4I values. The successful candidate demonstrates a drive to succeed, contagious optimism and a "can do" spirit. Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the company 4I's of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation & Involvement.
  • Reporting on safety issues, and resolving associated CAPA
  • Ensure housekeeping & 5S standards are maintained within the manufacturing facility.
  • Achieve and maintain all training to required standard.
  • Ensure the quality product is complete to hit the desired target.
A Day in the Life:
  • Ensure schedule adherence in your production area and participating in prioritization and planning meetings.
  • *Assemble, integrate, and test sub-assemblies and systems, service items, and upgrades
  • 25%-50% of the role will be spent on direct labor for the OFI products and Service repairs.
  • Identify and report any concerns to Team leaders.
  • Liaise with Team Leaders on any issues, improvement opportunities, or quality concerns.
  • Involvement as subject matter experts in audits to ensure compliance throughout.
  • PPI, drive continuous improvement through gemba, tier meetings, JDI, and RCCM.
  • Representing manufacturing in any proposed new process introductions.
  • Improving efficiencies and having major participation in Kaizen events.
  • Lead by example and build a positive work environment - be a role model to our team.
  • Able to mentor all technicians on safety, quality and performance standards.
  • Ensure the processes are followed and accurate.
  • May be required to perform other tasks as the needed.
  • Desire to lead and expand within this role and potentially beyond.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct related experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2-year degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Meticulous with good time management skills.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $26.51-$39.77.
