Laundry Warewash Sales Specialist

Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Laundry Warewash Specialist to join our Sales team. The individual in this position will be based out of Denver, CO. We are seeking a mechanically inclined sales professional who would be responsible for presenting, demonstrating and proposing laundry warewash solutions that produce an overall cost savings or improved outcome in the current customers or laundry and warewash process.

In This Position You Will

• Work in conjunction with RSD, DSM, and Account Managers to support current customers and grow the laundry and warewash sales in the territory.
• Conduct field surveys to create and implement comprehensive laundry and warewash solutions tailored to the specific needs of the customer.
• Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with customers to increase sales.
• Provide extensive hands-on product and solution training to customers.
• Install and maintain the chemical dispensing equipment, providing emergency maintenance services as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance visits for existing customers and provide a service report.
• Consult with existing customers to help optimize laundry and warewash program, making adjustments when needed to maintain a high standard of clean.
• Provide additional sales support as directed by regional sales leadership.

To assure success a strong Regional Sales team is in place to allow for collaboration.

Some Qualifications Include

• Laundry/Warewash industry knowledge is not required, but is a plus
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Demonstrate ability to build strong relationships, influence customers and build trust
• Able to troubleshoot and solve customer issues
• Effective time and work management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment
