ECS is seeking an Intern - Procurement to work in our Remote/Hybrid office.

Please Note: ECS HQ is in Fairfax, VA. This is a hybrid/remote position- majority of time position can be supported remotely but applicant will need to come into the Fairfax, VA office as needed.

Job Description:

• Draft and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.
• Issue Requests for Quotes for the procurement of goods and services.
• Support analysis of proposed prices from subcontractors and vendors to determine fair and reasonableness.
• Support execution of a variety of agreements including Subcontracts and Consulting Agreements
• Support procurements of goods and services in compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) guidelines.
• Creation of records in Contracts and Procurement database (Contract Lifecycle Management)
• Support policies and procedures working group.

Salary Range: $20/hour.
