Reporting to the Human Resources, VP and supporting the broader HR Business Partner Group, the HR Business Administrator will increase the bandwidth and velocity of the regional Business HR team in such a way as to concentrate time, effort, and priorities on strategic initiatives. This role will have the acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities, simultaneously managing both short-term and long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on the operations.

You will need demonstrate the ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between the HRVP and other constituencies, both internal and external. You will have to act on the authority of the office of the HRVP to oversee strategic projects with a primary focus on initiatives affecting the value chain that typically require cross functional alignment. You will facilitate the process of project solicitation, selection, prioritization, implementation, and monitoring.

The successful candidate must exhibit the skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization. This position is a key resource for the entire Americas Business & HR Leadership Teams.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Effective communication skills; works with executive leaders and their representatives
  • Key liaison with the broader organization; confidence in gathering and organizing data
  • Coordinate across HR, Finance, and AMER Leaders for workforce planning and analytics requirements
  • Handles information confidentially according to company policy
  • Coordinate, consolidate, report information across key stakeholders of the business & function
  • Ensure high quality execution of HRVP office related responsibilities
  • Handle daily tasks for HRVP upon request (e.g. briefings, correspondence, project/process coordination)
  • Facilitate execution through professional communication and collaboration
  • Assist in organization of Group / Team Meetings
  • Create OKR Dashboards to monitor the progress of critical initiatives
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-3+ years of business experience;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources related field
  • Success in a fast-paced; transformational environment.
