We are immediately hiring Commercial and Residential Sales Representatives in our Columbia, MD/Washington, D.C. Branch! Join us at the Baltimore Area Sales & Management hiring event to learn more about our company and receive an on-the-spot interview for those who qualify!

You can earn this and other sales incentives as a Vector Security Commercial OR Residential Sales Rep! We hire only the best and train them and arm them with the best security and smart technologies, support personnel, and tools to ensure long-term success. Now it's your turn to build your sales legacy: We are expanding our sales force and are looking for the very best to represent Vector Security.

What You'll Do:

    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
    • Inside/Outside Sales.
    • Prospect for new clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals to develop into new sales.
    • Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client's needs.
    • Prepare documents according to establish company guidelines.
    • Close sales and offer exceptional customer service & follow-up.
    • Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of security system including a final "walk-through" with clients.

    What You'll Need:

    • High School or Related Field
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Lead Generation
    • Presentation Skills
    • Rapport Building
    • Sales Ability/Persuasiveness & Self-Starter
    • Enthusiastic Team Player
    • Ability to Make an Impact & Goal Completion.
