POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain North America, the Head of Procurement Operations North America will have direct responsibility for:

• • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and processes across all North American Supply Chain operations & personnel by leading trainings, monitoring KPIs, and controlling processes (via process mining) and enforcing corrective actions.
  • Implementing global processes and tools in North America, according to the Global Supply Chain roadmap and adjusting the global processes to North American requirements.
  • Overall administration of the various supply chain systems. (Examples: implementation of auto PO, web EDI, eCatalogues)
  • Support of all North American Supply Chain personnel in all process and system related topics and tools.
  • Key user of all procurement tools: SAP S/4 Hana, Point Man, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Tool, Celonis, Power BI, etc.
  • Member of the Global Supply Chain Operations Development team. Represents North America in this team. Participates in the development activities within the Global Supply Chain roadmap. Provides inputs from North America point of view and business requirements.
  • Communicate to the North American organization about upcoming global projects.
  • Aid in the maintenance of material and vendor master items, development of process mapping and working with the respective global teams to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Generate key reports on request to support and drive compliance to processes as well as provide transparency to business stakeholders, senior leadership, and supply chain team members on progress to annual goals and objectives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: What we look for:

• Seven plus years' experience in operational procurement functions.
• Proficient in SAP S/4 Desired
• Strong, proven record working with cross functional teams across various continents.
• Proficient in Value Stream Mapping
• Strong presentation and communication skills. Comfort level speaking to senior level leadership.
• Ability to quickly respond to last minute, complex reporting requests.
• Working knowledge of Jaggaer a plus
• Experience in material master clean up and maintenance across multiple products and services.
• 7 - 10 plus years total of overall supply chain management and/or operations experience
• Proficient in successfully developing and executing the 5-step strategic sourcing process.
• Proficient experience of MS Office applications.
• Consistent track record of balancing multiple projects/responsibilities and ability to adapt to changing priorities as well differing priorities with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to travel approximately 10 -15% domestically and internationally.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Analytics. Industrial Engineering, Business.
