The Global Partner Strategy (GPS) Commercial Enablement Analyst will be responsible for supporting critical functions within the Commercial Enablement team, including: vendor partner billing, invoicing, supply tracking, and financial forecasting. This role will work in close partnership with a variety of teams, including Project Specialists, Site Strategy, Finance, Global Outsourcing, Capacity Planning, and Data Analytics, to drive insights and inform decisions.

<ul><li>Lead the billing and invoice reconciliation process for a specific Line of Business in Global Operations</li><li>Support the end-to-end tracking, auditing and administration for resources (headcount) and across a complex global operation</li><li>Lead weekly meetings with external vendor partners, including pulling and analyzing reports ahead of those meetings</li><li>Create and maintain financial forecasts, partnering with multiple teams for inputs</li><li>Perform month-end close processes in partnership with Finance teams</li><li>Key partner in change management and communications related to invoicing, billing data governance, and financial reporting</li><li>Utilize self-starting, intellectually curious, and creative behavior while executing through ambiguous scenarios</li></ul>

<ul><li>4+ years of experience in finance, labor planning, resource planning, workforce management, workforce analytics, space planning or a combination of these</li><li>4+ years of experience developing financial plans, budgets, return on investment analysis or cost benefit assessment</li><li>Experience in creating sustainable processes and iterative process improvement, attention to detail and proven organizational skills</li><li>Communication skills including the experience presenting information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences</li><li>Self-starter with experience effectively navigating high levels of ambiguity and complexity</li><li>Experience using advanced functions in Excel</li><li>Team-player focused on winning together, achieving more as a team than as an individual</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or other process methodologies</li><li>Knowledge in SQL, Tableau or similar data visualization applications</li></ul>
