What You'll Contribute to OHM Advisors

OHM Advisors' internship program encourages students to submit their resume and inquire about an internship that would best fit their needs. Internships are offered year-round, with the greatest percentage of students electing to work in the summer and fall. Internships typically last up to four months.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with field data collection utilizing high precision GNSS GPS receivers paired with ArcGIS Online field applications.
• Assist in underground utility investigation, data collection, and processing.
• Become familiar and keep current with data collection & asset management concepts, principles, and practices.
• Learn how to use and utilize ArcGIS Pro & Online maps.
• Assist survey crew.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Current enrollment in a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program or related.
• Excellent communication and organization skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Computer literate and spreadsheet experience preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong listening and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS Software (Desktop, Pro, Online) and Mobile Mapping Applications (Field Maps) is a plus.
