Role Description

Zoetis is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Global Operations (GO) team. Responsibilities include all financial tasks relating to GO budget management as well as supporting the Global Operations leads with projects. This role will assist with preparing and maintaining documentation, reviewing financials, monitoring project activities and assisting with overall project planning.

Support Management of GO's Global Capital and Operational Budgets

  • Perform monthly financial reconciliations for international and domestic markets and meet with regional leads to evaluate variances.
  • Work with regional leads to update budget forecasts and prepare annual budget submission.
  • Assist with month end activities by preparing all relevant accruals.
  • Regularly review open Purchase Order's (PO) and submit PO closing requests.
  • Support capital project financial tracking/forecasting and prepare project closeout capitalizations.

Support Global Real Estate Team
  • Assist with project request documentation, draft various real estate reports and provide analysis.
  • Support launch of new real estate database that will be part of a new data repository system.
  • Assist with creation of new, updated portfolio dashboard and real estate reporting.
  • Support preparation of the property section of the 10K report.
  • Work with Lease Admin Team on coordination of lease audits for larger leases, unusual Opex increase, etc.
  • Support Lease Admin team to Track and update certificate of insurance for all locations.
  • Support Lease Admin Team on small lease transactions.

Support North America Facility Team
  • Support PO process and track invoices through to payment.
  • Work with Global Ops financial leads to understand and document various financial processes.
  • Prepare headcount reports as needed.
  • Track all facilities projects for the US.
  • Support launch of new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a collaborative project management role, with proven success in client relationship management.

Technical Requirements
  • Strong computer skills and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-directed, has initiative and is a great multi-tasker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
