Job Description Summary
In this role, the Director of M&A and Shared Services s leads a team of professionals responsible for translating business requirements into effective solutions in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Procurement, Sustainability, Safety, and Technology solutions. This is an account director level role that is responsible to understand strategic objectives and translate into actionable strategies. The role provides direct oversight over the functional leaders and is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong partnership with the client organization.
Job Description

Principle Responsibilities • Manage the financial and contract performance outcomes for their assigned service lines. • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business goals and strategies to align real estate services to contribute to these objectives • Understand the established performance metrics and manage team in support of superior results. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Implement and manage governance processes • Provide disciplined contract management to meet superior delivery of all contract deliverables • Contribute to GOS Management team to develop service delivery strategies, structure service delivery model, alternative pricing, identify team members and lead multi- disciplinary team preparing responses to RFPs and presentations • Have a thorough understanding of the C&W platform and identify existing and new opportunities for enhancing service solutions and capabilities • Oversee risk mitigation and dispute resolution for client and C&W • Lead and actively manage account talent in partnership with HR, including promotion of diversity & inclusion, talent reviews, performance reviews, succession planning etc. • Attract, retain and develop top talent. Actively address low performance. • Drive collaboration and performance of all partners including Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal, GCI etc. • Responsible for revenue generation, clinical account P&L management, profitability and overall financial performance

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $185,742.21 - $218,520.25
