Director II Technology Program Management

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Director II Technology Program Management is responsible for building and leading a best-in-class program management office to manage complex digital platforms and AI programs. Directs multiple work functions or major projects/programs with broad scope and strategic business impact.

How you will make an impact:

• Establishes a best-in-class program management office to manage complex digital platforms and AI projects.
• Recruits and leads a group of highly skilled program managers.
• Ensures appropriate tools are utilized and builds a center of excellence for program management in the technology organization.
• Collaborates with leaders across the technology organization to ensure coordination of complex programs and awareness of overall program health.
• Evaluate and manage risk, resolving project issues and mitigating any potential impacts.
• Work closely with the Portfolio leader to ensure appropriate tracking and accuracy of status.
• Implement a program governance structure for oversight and successful delivery of projects and programs.
• Ensures an adequate program management structure for technology components of M&A activities.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field of study and a minimum of 8 years of program management experience, experience in the function/area being managed, experience managing multiple tasks and projects; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Experience managing AI programs/projects is preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location, the salary* range for this specific position is $171,920 to $309,456.
