Your responsibilities
· Provide product selection and installation support and find creative solutions to customer issues.
· Assist R&D engineers in product development projects for all product groups.
· Collaborate with application engineers on relevant and skill level appropriate projects.
· Engage in Lean continuous improvement projects focused on engineering processes and product design
· Support product engineers and lab technicians on product and component testing
· Collaborate with application engineers focusing on product performance
Your background
· Currently enrolled in an electrical or computer engineering bachelor's degree program from an accredited university in the United States
· Must be currently authorized to work for Dodge Industrial in the US
· Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solving
· Collaborates well with others and is a good team player
· Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for new and changing ideas
· Familiar with MS Office
· Ability to adapt and multi-task based on departmental needs
