The Digital Asset Administrator will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Services and will be required to work in our headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC at least 3 days per week. This position will work closely with supervisor in the execution and trafficking of all non-model digital asset requests across all brands within the HBI portfolio. Additionally, this role serves as a key support person in this department for ecommerce marketing, product marketing and sales for all Product Display Page retouching and tracking information. The role also includes working with both internal and external creative/photography-related vendors to ensure assets are ready for syndication.

Responsibilities

  • Receives, tracks and responds to a high volume of inquiries and requests for digital assets from internal and external users (sales, product marketing, ecommerce, etc.)
  • Work with all cross-functional teams to ensure the PDP metadata forms are correct at submission and usage is correct prior to submitting request to vendors.
  • Create/maintain an archive/tracking system for all digital asset jobs submitted to the Creative Services team.
  • Partner with marketing and legal teams in supplying any needed documentation or communication regarding image usage rights
  • Coordinate samples for creative services
  • Make recommendations to improve standards, methodologies, and systems
  • Input and manage all model, photographer and videographer usage agreements including partnering with photography manager and legal team to ensure accuracy and completion.
  • Maintain Project Status Reports and participates in regular status meetings.
  • As needed, assist with organizing/planning photography shoots including sourcing brand-right models for photography needs and developing the photographer, videographer, and model contracts via Icertis.
  • Periodically audit digital asset library to ensure all assets are uploaded and current.
  • Digital Asset Management system super-user.
  • Other duties as identified and assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience
  • Required AA degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in similar function
  • Familiar with working in a creative services environment including creative software solutions (Adobe Creative Suites - especially Photoshop, and file transfer software solutions).
  • Knowledge of photography, graphics, printing and other production processes preferred.
  • Ability to establish a budget and track against.

  • Experience working closely with diverse stakeholders including but not limited to sales, marketing and legal.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, solution-focused-can also work in cross-functional situations, ensuring all others teams' needs and deadlines are met.
  • Requires excellent project management and problem-solving skills to accomplish goals and manage several key projects / initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong timeline management abilities in order to meet critical deadlines
  • Subscribes to the highest standards of business ethics
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple assignments simultaneously is a must
