JOB SUMMARY:

The Data & Quality Assurance coordinator is a full-time position that that will work primarily on data entry, quality monitoring, assurance and analysis and perform evaluation tasks that ensure consistency in data accuracy between subcontractors and HSC data reporting platforms. This position primarily supports 1st 1,000 Days & EMPOWER programs. The position will also conduct ongoing analysis of client information, file maintenance and compliance, identify gaps, corrections and create outcome reports to monitor program progress for the purpose of reporting to funders and key stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Essential Functions are the fundamental duties of this position. The employee holding this position must be able to perform these tasks satisfactorily.

  • Ensure that all individual client records are current and complete as well as in compliance.
  • Facilitates on-going assessments of documentation requirements throughout the agency to ensure that requirements are met utilizing the most efficient process possible.
  • Expected to function with substantial initiative as well as utilize independent judgement.
  • Works with Senior program manager to create file reviews and agency compliance reviews according to JWB standards as required by contracts.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of corrective activities for data or file reviews of subcontractors.
  • Review, measure and analyze performance metrics for programs and discuss report findings with Senior Program Manager.
  • Ensure data integrity across programs, including maintaining unduplicated client records and running regularly scheduled reports to identify missing and/or inaccurate data;
  • Provide data visualization in the form of graphs and tables to clearly show program outcomes and progress
  • Support internal/external audits, file reviews, monitoring and evaluations across programs for JWB funded programs.
  • Support in troubleshooting issues related to databases and systems as needed
  • Generate and submit reports in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review service dates for reimbursement billing process.
  • Routine use of the Apricot, Well Family System, Florida Charts, Healthy Start, and Census systems to utilize, review data, pull reports, and track program progress.
  • Perform other incidental tasks or services consistent with the job goal of this position, assist with other duties as assigned.
  • Participates in staff meetings, continuing education training, and program-required meetings.
