Customer Service Representative- Chanhassen

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in various settlements.
• Investigate and address claimant inquiries promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Perform data entry tasks to document phone call details accurately.
• Assist in resolving data irregularities and troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct callbacks to individuals who have left voicemails.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and effectively resolve customer calls.
• Transfer information from hard copies to digital databases.
• Assist with invoicing tasks as required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand job details.
• Excellent attendance record and reliability.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or office setting (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a polite and friendly demeanor.

Additional Information:

• Compensation: $22/hr
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Location: 100% in office in Chanhassen, MN
