What's needed for this role?

• Answer inbound/outbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Maintain and update customer database in Microsoft Excel to ensure that jobs, customers, specifications, and other information is reflected accurately and timely. Retrieve specifications and other information required for jobs. Review job track to ensure jobs are completed each day according to deadlines and customer requirements.
• Provide assistance to all areas of the company and to customers as needed on routine questions. Respond to customer needs in a quick and effective manner performing account management functions
• Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or manufacturing fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
