Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage the budget process, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and tax filings.
• Work closely with operations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial principles relevant to manufacturing.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements, internal controls, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
