Contract Recruiter

Beacon Hill's southwest metro client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the team for 3-6 months. This is a hybrid position in Eden Prairie, MN with 3 days/week onsite and 2 days/week from home. We are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate, IT, and engineering positions.
3. Utilize various recruiting techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
4. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on corporate, IT, and engineering roles.
3. Proven track record of successfully filling positions within tight deadlines.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
