What You Will Be Doing As a Project Manager, you will be working in tandem with your client and your team to balance financials and overcome any challenges you may face in order to produce results ahead of deadlines and under budget. You will start building your relationship with your client during the preconstruction process and continue to monitor and adjust any changes in the contract scope throughout the lifetime of the project.
What You Need for this Position At Least 5 Years Construction Project Management Experience Plus:

- A Bachelors Degree in Construction Management (Preferred)
- Proven track record of success leading complex commercial construction projects
- Full project lifecycle experience including pre-design and planning, estimating, budgeting, and project monitoring
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create and foster a meaningful client relationship
- Experience with Lean Construction Principles
- Effective deadline and budget management skills
- Familiarity with technical applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Construction Management and Scheduling Software)
- Proficiency in safety and compliance guidelines
- Ability to stand up to 7 hours and lift up to 25lbs
