Job Title: Commercial Interiors Superintendent

Location: Dallas Fort Worth

Salary Range: $100k-$115k

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Interiors Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial interiors construction and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial interiors construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure project success
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial interiors construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
