RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in the Menomonee Falls, WI area that is looking for a Client Service Administrator for their Wealth Management office. This role reports to Owner and Advisors.Responsibilities:- Client Service Administrator will assist with all aspects of client servicing including onboarding new clients as well as ongoing maintenance and servicing of clients
- Assist with internal and external reporting, invoicing, trading, and compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Exceptional relationship manager and client services skills
- Strong analytical skills, that is detail oriented, and has great organizational skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DocuSign, and Outlook
- Team player that can be collaborative and work well with the team in a small office environment
- Working Conditions: In Office
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
