Our client, an association, is seeking multiple temporary Call Center Representatives to join their team!

About the Job:

• Respond to information requests via phone, email, and website.
• Maintain professionalism and demonstrate extensive knowledge of the company and policies.
• Navigate customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Document issues and escalate or transfer unresolved issues to appropriate colleagues.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned.

About You:

• 2+ years of call center experience
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Ability to type 40+ WPM and proficiency in MS Suite is required.
• Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

About the Position:

• Pays $19/hr
• Potential for early raises!
• Temporary for 9 months
• Potential for the assignment to extend.
