Job Responsibilities

 
Pennoni Associates, a leading engineering and design consulting firm is currently looking for a CAD Technician with experience consistent but not limited to:

 
• Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency

• Perform deeds research, deed plotting and map checks.

• Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions

• Provide office support.

• Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings.

• Ensure schedules and productivity objectives are achieved.

 
Required Attributes

• Required education: Associates Degree or High school / GED and equivalent experience
  
• Excellent computer and technical skills, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
  
• Minimum years of work experience: 4-7
  
• Computer skills required: AutoCAD C3D; Microsoft
  
• Proficient in technical math, including geometry and trigonometry
  
• Strong listening, writing, and verbal communications skills
  
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
