Business Manager, Strategic Channel Partnerships
This is a great role, that is both challenging and rewarding, for the individual who enjoys building new opportunities and relationships. As a Business Manager of Strategic Channel Partnerships, you will own the strategy and client-relationship for a select group of high-value Channel Partners. It will be your responsibility to develop the growth of your accounts in quality of the relationship, quantity of Seller integrations, and the innovative offerings your Partners can provide to Sellers, making you a vital contributor to growing our US Marketplace business.
You'll sweep us off our feet if:
- You know Relationship Building and Account Management inside and out
- You can create and evaluate performance reports to analyze business results, identifying actions to drive incremental sales and acquisitions
- You are innovative and able to develop strategies for growth, including promotional activities, and influencing senior-level Walmart management on strategy, product development, and marketing efforts
- You're well-organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
- You can quickly troubleshoot issues to find and implement effective solutions, leveraging your internal relationships to source the right team to assist on the issue
- You are results-oriented, finishing what you start, and can hold contributors and strategic partners accountable to stay-the-course
- You have great emotional awareness and intelligence to effectively serve others around you
- You have experience in the eCommerce Marketplace
- You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale

Building Relationships with High-Value Strategic Channel Partners: Maximize relationships with new and existing accounts; understanding and evaluating their needs relative to our solutions and capabilities. Build internal partnerships in supporting your business partner's goals

Consistently Driving Growth of Channel Partners' Sellers: Capture and maintain the continual addition and performance growth of Sellers through the Channel Partner accounts you own

Proactively Implementing Go-To-Market Plans: Be forward thinking to effectively action on marketing, promotion, and events, in collaboration with your Channel Partners and internal teams, to achieve highest potential for success

Having a Scientific Mindset: Approach your business and challenges with curiosity, leveraging data and analysis, consistently questioning how the business is performing and the right ways to optimize for growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
