Job Description:

As the Business Enablement Quality Assurance Lead, you will be part of a dynamic, global team, building and supporting business enablement capabilities, applications, technical infrastructure, and services to meet the business needs of our internal and external customers. Your primary focus would be building and leading the quality assurance strategy and execution through test planning, test design, test execution and support.

You should have a passion for quality assurance and building high-quality, scalable applications while minimizing technical debt.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Salesforce and Business Enablement testing process across Salesforce environments.
• Communicate testing status through quality dashboards and KPIs.
• Translate business requirements to test plans, test scenarios and test scripts to execute functional integration and end to end testing.
• Design, define and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Design, deliver and manage the creation of a regression test strategy, tools, and process utilized across functional, support and project teams.
• Understanding of technical requirements, user stories, detailed requirements and functional designs.
• Mentor others in quality assurance and testing technologies, tools, and processes.
• Lead test execution using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle.
• Partner with other functional and technology teams for test case work prioritization.
• Foster an environment that encourages quality, productivity, and innovation in accordance with our Values.
• Collaborate with key global stakeholders to ensure the test systems and test plans are aligned with the business goals, objectives, and strategies.
• Measure testing effectiveness with testing tools while offering suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Work across multiple projects efficiently and with timely execution.
• Grow testing practices beyond Salesforce to other business enablement applications.

Experience and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Equivalent Experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years experience in software quality assurance and testing teams.
• 3+ years of experience testing Salesforce applications and projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce applications, configuration, and integrations
• Experience building Quality Assurance and testing dashboards and KPIs.
• Experience with Quality Assurance and Testing Software
• Ability to define testing cases and scenarios aligned to user stories and requirements
• Experience with Performance Testing
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and building Testing
• Experience building Testing Dashboards
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and the role of Quality Assurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience testing Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and integrations preferred.
• Some quality training - Lean Sigma, CAP training, etc.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations with different business systems, basic understanding of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, and their use in software development.
• Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.
• Experience in communicating with analysts, developers, architects and other technical teams to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Awareness across all areas of IT to include, Applications, Infrastructure and Operations, and Information Security.
• Experience leading testing phases and multiple initiatives while escalating issues and risks.
• Experience with agile development or scrum project management methodologies.
• Experience with agile development tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of software engineering principles, key design patterns and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable, and well organized.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills with audiences across multiple levels of an organization.
• Highly organized with the ability to establish and manage priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data management concepts and architecture.

Salary range - $130k - $150k
