We are looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to perform routine clerical and administrative functions for one of our prominent clients in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay: $17.00-24.00/hour

Work Schedule: M-F 8-5

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls, and greeting employees/customers entering the facility
• Filing, organizing and maintaining office records
• Report generation and data entry
• Scheduling meetings for management staff
• Order processing
• Additional basic HR and Administrative supportive functions as needed

Requirements:

• Must be Bilingual English and Spanish or English and Mandarin
• 2+ years of previous administrative or related office experience
• Must be experienced with order processing
• Must be adaptable and a team player
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite is required
