RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst III in Mountain View, CA. This is a 100% Remote job, but the Manager's preference is West Coast of the United States.Duties:- BI Reporting Analyst III will perform business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining
- Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations
- Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements
- As a BI Reporting Analyst III, you may help to produce ad hoc data and reports
- May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information
- May occasionally guide less experienced business data analysts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experienced in A/B testing and randomized controlled experimentation
- Experience developing data visualizations, Tableau preferred
- Extensive knowledge of SQL to build data models and manipulate data for analysis
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, ability to build ad-hoc data models with SQL and construct Tableau dashboards
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and drive projects
- Practical ability to read/write SQL and construct ETL/data pipelines
- Ability to find data sets for analysis, perform deep analysis, mine insights, and recommend actions to key stakeholders
- Prior experience with paid marketing channels and software technology category a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
