Behavioral Health Scheduling Supervisor

Compensation: $20.98 hourly

Responsible for supervision and training telephone agents that include Customer Representatives and Scheduling Representatives.

* Full Time Benefit Eligible Position Monday-Friday 8a-5p

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC

* Train, coordinate, supervise, and guide all call center agents
* Help coordinate effective scheduling process between all team members
* Ensures compliance of call center agent team by listening to calls and reporting information to call center team and supervisor
* Develop and implement ongoing improvements to track data in all interfaces
* Coordinates the workflow making sure everyone maximizes their time and that all phone queues are properly staffed
* Ensure the after-hours on-call process is managed correctly
* Run and monitor the Auto dialer reporting
* Complete and submit daily census
* track residential bed census ensuring accuracy
* track necessary referral information
* Investigate and respond to internal and external complaints or issues as they arise
* Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

* Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
* Completes performance development/AIM process
* Time card management - manages time sheets
* Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

High School/GED required

WORK EXPERIENCE

Experience in secretarial/clerical training and office management required
