Job Title: Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Administrator

Job Description:

Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) level system administration support to NAVINTEL IA personnel providing the core system administration functions for ACAS and its components e.g., Security Center, Nessus User Interface, Xtool, 3D Tool, Passive Vulnerability Scanner.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementation, integration, testing, and deployment of functional enhancements for NAVINTEL enterprise-wide Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 502 Integrated Defense of the IC Information Environment, to further automate and gain efficiencies in business processes and workflow for the NAVINTEL IA Defense of the Enterprise implementation of the ACAS tool for network monitoring, network vulnerability identification and remediation and network security compliance.
• Assist with the implementation of ICD-502 annual report generation capabilities within in-accordance-with (IAW) NAVINTEL IA and Office of National Director of Intelligence (ODNI) reporting requirements.
• Provide expert level guidance on planning, implementation, training, and execution of enterprise support for NAVINTEL personnel and Fleet customers.
• Coordinate NAVINTEL IA personnel to upgrade ACAS to the latest software releases and apply patches as they become available.

Required Qualifications

• Six years' experience with Department of Defense (DoD) networks including but not limited to NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS
• 5-10 years of experience with lC/DoD Cross Domain Requirements, Policy, and Guidance
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant certification
• Significant background in computer networking, Linux server administration.
• Install, update, patch and configure Linux (Red Hat 7 CentOS 7 PostgreSQL) and Windows Servers (2012 R2+ Windows 2016).
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, installing software and patches
• Security hardening of servers/switches/routers in accordance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
• Experience with performing vulnerability scans using ACAS
• Understanding of IT client systems and computer network design, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and disaster recovery
• Excellent management, organizational, communication skills (oral and written), strong analytical skills/ability to identify and solve problems quickly; operating independently or with a team in a dynamic environment; staying abreast of latest technology.

Desired Qualifications

• HBSS
• Experience configuring Cisco routers and switches.
• Scripting using Bash, Perl, etc.
