Join us as an Associate Director, Regional Marketing Leader for GU Oncology, focusing on prostate cancer and bladder cancer in the West / Central US. You will be the lead commercial person responsible for engaging a core group of National and Regional customers that are scientific leaders in these fields. You will initiate and assist with the development and review of regional marketing programs, uncover and communicate regional marketplace insights to support brand strategy and business decision-making. This role is field-based and reports directly into the Head of Key Customer Strategy and Marketing, LYNPARZA Franchise.

Accountabilities:

As the Regional Marketing Leader, you will develop and execute a Regional Marketing and Key Customer engagement plan for the West / Central Region of the US. You will work collaboratively with Brand Marketing, Sales, Account Director teams and Medical Affairs to position LYNPARZA as the best-in-class PARP Inhibitor to healthcare professionals managing prostate cancer patients. Your role will involve strategic insights gathering activities, including Advisory Board Meetings, at the National, Regional and Local Level.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales management, strategic planning
  • Oncology Therapy Area experience strongly preferred
  • Highly skilled in relationship building with External Scientific Experts
  • Be available to work some evenings and weekends
  • Overnight travel will be required
  • Expected travel 40% -60% monthly

Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • MBA in relevant field
  • Prior pharmaceutical marketing experience or marketing / communication agency experience
  • Prostate cancer and / or bladder cancer disease area experience
