Overview
- Use company issue management tool (currently Jira/ITCOE) to clearly update the progress of tickets, and communicate with other resources (developers etc)
- Understand the problem user reported and apply analytical skills and application knowledge to resolve the reported problem.
- Duplicate the reported problem in Test system and work with developers to get it fixed, test the solution provided to resolve the reported problem.
- Help users to perform User Acceptance Testing
- Participate in ERP LN Rollouts to new sites or during implementing new functionality to existing sites on ERP LN.
- Frequent Travel could be required at periods, depending on nature of project
- Any other job responsibility as required
- Ability to take up following ERP LN Implementation tasks for projects to roll out current ERP LN solutions to new Snap-on business units
- Key User training
- Data Migration definition, coordination of tasks with technical teams and validation
- Defining functional specs for requirements that can't be met with existing solutions
Qualifications
- Interested and ready to learn Infor ERP LN Finance, Central Invoicing and Cost accounting modules.
- Courses taken in College in Accounting/Finance, Information Systems
- Experience in gathering Business Requirements, documenting Gaps and participating in the estimation of development effort to satisfy functional Gaps
- Experience in preparing Functional Designs for Developments
- Experience in drafting test scripts/scenarios and performing Unit & User Acceptance Tests
- A college degree with GPA greater than 3.0
- Internship in ERP Applications and/or Accounting/Finance.
