Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure effective case management and client communication.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
