General Summary:

The Associate, Application Data Quality is responsible to demonstrate superb technical competency in delivering application data oversight and quality control. This position will work with the business, technical teams, data governance team and quality assurance to develop data quality control procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Data Management operations for assigned areas.

• Perform data comparison between core systems based on the data definition. Recommend system or process changes to resolve gaps and establish monitoring.

• Create/Build a framework to ensure data quality is measured using insightful metrics at source system level - in G-Core, CRM, DBK etc

2. Quality Management of Core Applications

• Consult with business and/or Business System Engineers to define & document the various test scenario/cases.

• Define and build process and automate regression testing partnering with QA team.

• Work closely with Data Governance team and assist DG team to implement a proper Data Governance framework for the overall enterprise.

3. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Informatica/ETL tools knowledge required.

• SQL and Oracle knowledge required

• Strong collaboration skills required.

• Strong oral/written negotiation and communication skills

• Process modeling experience - preferred.

• Strong technical skills working with Cassiopeia system and database structure

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience required.

• Auto-finance experience and specifically Cassiopae product experience is a must.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Physical Requirements and Working Condition:

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
