Assistant Project Manager We are a stable and growing hotel construction and renovation company servicing some of the largest hotels in Southern California. What You Will Be Doing Assist with project buyout
Manage material and equipment procurement and expediting
Make schedule revisions and distribution
Schedule, participate in, and document all project coordination meetings
Process RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.
Process and maintain document logs: RFIs, submittals, etc.
Project cost review, reporting, updating, and accounting
Monitor and document jobsite and accident prevention
Update and maintain all sets of drawings, specs, and logs
Document punch list work
Manage project closeout: tracking documentation
What You Need for this Position At Least 5 Years of experience working in hotel renovation
Experience working Microsoft Project, Word and Excel
BS Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or similar discipline
