Primary Responsibilities

* Working from prints, bills of material, work instructions and drawings to build and kit reusable and disposable cups, lids and kits.
* Build and ensure product assembled or kitted meets its quality requirements.
* Maintain component parts' stocking levels per Fax Ban, reorder point, etc. processes.
* Assist Cell Lead as necessary. Work as backup in other cells.
* Achieve production standards established by Management.
* Maintain ISO documents and drawings.
* Maintain work bench and tools using 5S methods.
* Maintain positive working relationships.
* Preform other related responsibilities as needed and assigned.

Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED or a combination of education and one to three years of mechanical/pneumatic assembly experience.
* Must be able to read and understand/interpret prints and bills of material with minimal assistance.
* Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and use these skills to solve problems.
* Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, complete forms with accurate information.
* Must be able to properly identify, count, and maintain required inventory.
* Must be able to work as a cooperative and contributing member of the Team. For example, voluntarily or per supervisor request, helping team members when own work is complete.
* Must be able to operate equipment to move parts, materials, etc.
* Must have basic computer skills and familiarity.
