The Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk is responsible to generate Billing Requests for all recurring jobs, generate final billing for torn down jobs, generate collection calls or e-mail customers at 20 days and follow up until paid. Generate Invoices, send to customers; process and put check stubs in Job Folders, print all job paperwork and build job folder, retire folders that are complete; assist in answering the telephone. The Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk is responsible for projecting two weeks' worth of incoming receivables, as well as maintaining their 60-Day AR Aging spreadsheet.
