Base salary of $4,821.03 per course, including lecture and one section of lab. Enrollment numbers may upwardly impact compensation. Additional labs compensated at $2,142.69 per section.

KVCC is seeking a part-time instructor to teach the Human Anatomy & Physiology sequence (BIO 115 & BIO 215). These courses use a lecture and laboratory format to illustrate the concepts of anatomy and physiology and provide the foundation for further study in the health careers. The two-semester sequence presents a detailed study of the structure and function of the eleven human body systems. BIO 115 emphasizes the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, and endocrine systems. BIO 215 emphasizes the cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems. Duties will include teaching day and/or evening courses.

Master's degree in the subject area is required.

Prior teaching experience in the subject area is preferred.
