Position Purpose:Under the leadership of the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Affirmative Action Plan Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for matters related to Dartmouth's compliance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) affirmative action planning requirements. Responsibilities include the creation of the annual Affirmative Action Plan, training support, building awareness regarding OFCCP regulations, and ensuring compliance. The specialist plays a crucial role in developing and implementing Affirmative Action Programs, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
