Administrative Project Assistant - $21-$23/hr

Job Duties/Description:

• Assist the Project Managers with project plans and overall coordination - confirmation of project tasks, budget tracking, invoice preparation, and vendor management
• Ensure projects and clients are being managed and supported though life cycle of project/service event
• Document project tasks and resource requirements
• Coordinate customer service locations
• Confirm logistical plans with all parties
• Maintain project budgets reports
• Maintain project resource allocation reports
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results skills ensuring each client is supported and satisfied with results.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of administrative or project coordination experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work with multiple monitors

Additional Info:

• Pay: $21-$23/hr
• Schedule: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch
• Location: 100% in office
• Type: Temporary to Hire
