Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a great opportunity in Rockville, MD. This position is TEMPORARY (possible temp-to-perm for the right candidate). This role is fully in office and will pay $22-25 per hour.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

Providing support to executives and staff to include heavy calendar management.

Preparing, creating and editing correspondence.

Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.

Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.

Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.

Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation

Helping prepare for meetings.

Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory

Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.

Making travel arrangements for executives.

Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.

Requirements:

In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite, SharePoint and virtual platforms, specifically Zoom

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
