Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative and general clerical support to the management and staff within a specific division, department, or unit.
Job Duties:Maintain graduate student tracking system; develop a system for keeping track of and implementing program coordination tasks; process Graduate College and other university administration-related forms; coordinate orientations, recruitment, and other graduate student activities and events; process hiring and travel for graduate students; maintain office supplies and equipment; assign office space and monitor Hill House facility; maintain graduate program webpages and Canvas sites; and perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor, master's and doctoral program coordinators and School Director.
