Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth and advancement within our organization for the right candidate. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and collections to ensure timely payment
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information
• Prepare and distribute monthly AR aging reports
• Assist with month-end closing processes as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Prior experience in a temp-to-hire or contract role is a plus

Pay: $25 - $30 per hr.
