Our client is seeking a Cash Application / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its dynamic team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and a chance for stellar candidates to earn up to $30 per hour.

In this exciting role, you'll:

• Prepare, process, and record customer payments and related transactions
• Update and maintain customer records, including changes in name, address, and other details
• Draft standard correspondence for overdue accounts, review files, and contact account holders for payment
• Generate reports on the status of customer accounts as needed
• Investigate customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with assistance from the Collections Manager
• Reconcile accounts receivable
• Assist the direct manager in monthly revenue account reconciliations
• Help produce monthly billing statements based on the general ledger

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience with full-cycle responsibilities, including account reconciliation and collections
• Advanced Excel skills, with recent hands-on experience using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Proficiency in working within multiple accounting systems on a daily basis

Preferred:

• Netsuite / Oracle experience
