Accounts Payable Spectialist

Beacon Hill Financial is recruiting for a contract to hire Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in the South County area. This role is paying between $25-$27/hr based on experience. The role is located fully in office and has the potential to go permanent. If interested in hearing more, please apply.

Job Duties

• Scan, Match, Batch and Code Invoices
• Communicate with Vendors
• Very Data and Reconcilliation Heavy
• Utilizes Sage 100 for ERP system
• Will process the corporate AP (rent, utilities, etc) and the operational AP (parts)
• Point of Entry for Invoices is from Parts Managers - they are then carried into their invoice portal, from there the AP person has to have a keen eye to make sure things are coded to the proper vendor/codes otherwise there is a long process to correct this.
