We are looking for an accounting manager that has experience within Sox compliance and financial reporting/ financial controls. The ideal candidate has experience within public accounting, but we're open to candidates in-industry as well that have strong financial reporting experience.

What You Will Be Doing We are looking for Accounting Manager with great communication skills and a good understanding of US GAAP and SOX 404 compliance to join our rapidly growing finance team. The role will assist the VP of Finance with day to day operations and will also provide leadership and a strong technical accounting background to the accounting team.

GENERAL LEDGER AND FINANCIAL REPORTING
TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING
EQUITY MANAGEMENT
What You Need for this Position 5+ years of accounting experience
experience with Sox compliance and financial reporting
Experience with financial controls

Nice to have:
Public Accounting Experience
CPA
Understanding of Crypto/Digital Assets, but not necessary.
